Carson, CA

Overview:

A vibrant, gated community offering coastal-inspired townhomes and flats, ideally located for families and professionals in LA’s South Bay.

  • Homesites: 175 homes, including 2–3 bedroom townhomes and flats with open layouts and modern finishes
  • Highlights: Prime access to the 91, 710, 110 & 405 freeways; near major retail, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and Dignity Health Sports Park
  • Role: Site identified and entitled by Oliver Investments in partnership with Integral Communities
  • Result: Successfully sold to a prominent Southern California builder
River Walk

Long Beach, CA

Overview:

Long Beach, CA Overview: A gated community of 131 detached homes blending signature Southern California style with family-friendly living—adjacent to the Virginia Country Club and minutes from Downtown Long Beach.
  • Homesites: 131 single-family detached homes ranging in size from 1,900-2,250 sq. ft.
  • Highlights: Modern open floor plans, community pool & recreation center, and proximity to major employment centers
  • Role: Oliver Investments, in partnership with Integral Communities, led site identification, entitlement, and community outreach.
  • Result: Sold to respected SoCal builder; highly successful
La Palma

Anaheim, CA

Overview:

A vibrant, master-planned community offering modern living next to La Palma Park and minutes from Disneyland and key Orange County destinations.

  • Homesites: 161 total — a mix of townhomes, duplexes, with diverse floorplans
    designed for flexibility and comfort
  • Highlights: Amenity-rich living with an on-site pool, next to a 21-acre park with
    sports fields and dog park
  • Role: Site identified and entitled by Oliver Investments in partnership with Integral
    Communities
  • Result: Sold to a major public builder

San Jose, CA

Overview:

A 22-acre mixed-use community combining modern homes, retail, and green space in the heart of Silicon Valley.

  • Homesites: Over 200 townhomes and duplexes
  • Highlights: 14,000 sq ft of retail, adjacent 2-acre park, prime location near
    downtown San Jose and major tech employers
  • Role: Site identified and entitled by Oliver Investments in partnership with Integral
    Communities
  • Result: High-demand urban neighborhood designed for long-term live/work
    convenience and value
